There is NO way to follow this 21 day meal prep guide and be within the recommended keto macros. This is a terrible meal plan. It is just a bunch of recipes broken up into breakfast,lunch,dinner for 21 days. NO thought was put into the caloric or macro comsumption per day. Also there were so many mistakes and ingredients left out of the ingredient lists but would be listed in the directions. It also appears that most of the directions are written in broken English.

Great guide. Full of plans and meals and recipes. A gift for my daughter. I’m sure she’ll like it.

From this book, I learned what meal prepping is, the basics of meal planning, what is difference between meal prepping and meal planning, 4 reasons why I should meal prep on Keto, how to start Keto Meal Prepping, equipment needed for meal prepping. In this guide, the author also offers us 21-day meal plan. Every day includes breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes. I found this book very informative and useful. It is well written and good organized. All recipes are saved with simple ingredients and easy cooking directions, and full nutritional information. I liked this book very much and I am glad to have it on my Kindle to use when I need it. I highly recommend this guide for those who are looking for a healthy start on their way to successful meal planning . It is worth reading.

I'm starting to think all these reviews are fake. Every 5 star review was written in a two week time frame. The book appears self published. It also appears to be printed the day I ordered it. There are inconsistencies in recipes. One recipe talks about cooking mushrooms and green beans then jumps to mushrooms and tomatoes, then back to pouring mushrooms and green beans into bowls. The tomatoes must disappear somewhere. This was the second recipe I viewed before I stopped reading. I don't want to second guess every meal I make.

I just received this book today and it does not appear to have been written competently. A lot of the sections are very confusing with multiple spelling and punctuation mistakes. It almost seems like this is a rough draft and not the final book. I haven't even read the recipe section yet and I just want to stop. Needs a lot of work before a bigginer would ever want to read or use this "meal prep" book.

Someone should have proofread this. Typos & grammatical errors throughout entire book. Foods missing from ingredient lists but mentioned in the directions. Recipes duplicated with different titles. I would not attempt to make any of these recipes. I was really disappointed, was looking forward to meal prep.

Yeah I did a little research and been on keto for about 6 month I fell off a couple of time so I decided to meal prep and see how that work out. I bought 2 keto book and this one seem to be the most interesting can’t wait to use it. The recipes seem really good. I’m excited to use it. Trying to catch up on my New Years resolution and loss so of this weight.

Very disappointing. To me, a great degree of a meal's appeal is in its appearance. Sometimes I look at pictures of meals in good cookbooks and their deliciousness jumps out at me from the beautiful illustrative photos in the book, and I can practically smell, taste and savor the food. The photos alone motivate me to explore my culinary skills. This book is nothing but bland, boring black and white text from cover to cover ….. not a single photo in the entire 112 pages of recipes. That is no way to get me excited about embarking on a new Keto lifestyle. And, to add insult to injury, the book is rife with grammatical and spelling errors.
