There is insufficient and unreliable information regarding the details of light therapy. There is just enough information for a foolish reader/user to harm himself/herself. Too little information is dangerous. There is too much filler and generality, similar to a bad high school report stretched considerably to make the required length. There are too many mistakes in grammar and vocabulary. Basically, it's "junk writing."
This is possibly the most poorly-written "book" (actually a 15-page leaflet) I have ever wasted my money on. It appears to have been translated from some unknown language using something like Google Translate (though I believe Google Translate would have done a considerably better job). There is no useful information, nor any reason to believe the writer actually knows anything about the subject. Amazon should be ashamed to even offer this worthless drivel.
if you are suffering from any type of social disorder, try using a light therapy. I was suffering from very harsh social anxiety disorder and one of my friend bought me this book so I could cure my disorder. Thanks to this book I was able to decrease my symptom dramatically. Try it out unlike any medication this does not have any side effects. Recommended
